I am a fully qualified and  experienced Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have worked with adults, young people and children in a range of residential and independent settings. My online practice allows you to access counselling  from your home at a time that is convenient for you. 

When faced with something we feel we can't cope with, the temptation is often to try and hide from it or cope alone. There is another way. A counsellor is a trained professional who can identify and share the tools that you need to begin to heal. This can be the catalyst that enables you to move forward into a new understanding of yourself and the world around you.

Whatever you are struggling with, it can help to talk. I can provide a non-judgemental, confidential, safe space for you to explore your feelings and emotions. The therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client is central to our work and will develop over time, allowing you to move forward in your life with increased freedom and self-awareness.  This may be new to you, or you may have worked with other professionals in the past.
